Hanna, who is a partner in Hallgren & Partners, works with business law with a long experience of assisting companies and others with matters such as drafting contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, dispute resolution in court and arbitration, aswell as public procurement issues. She has special experience in real estate and construction related cases, such as construction contracts and disputes, building permit, right of use and other real estate law. Hanna is also bankruptcy trustee with a vast experience in insolvency law.
