Administrative law – legal assistance with official decisions

You can be affected by an administrative decision both as a private individual and as a company. An administrative or official decision can come from a court, municipality or state authorities such as the county council or the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan).

At Hallgren & Partners we are used to operating within the complicated regulations that an administrative decision brings. We take on assignments as public representatives for both asylum issues and issues related to compulsory care orders. This may regard compulsory care provided under the Care of Young Persons (Special Provisions) Act (LVU), the Care of Abusers (Special Provisions) Act (LVM) and The Compulsory Mental Care Act (LPT).
